Overview
Sports bring discipline and teamwork into the lives of students and build Christian character in unique ways. All students in kindergarten through 8th grade have physical education on a regular basis. In the lower grades, NCCS emphasizes building coordination and physical skills, encouraging good sportsmanship, and learning and following the rules and regulations in individual and team sports.
Middle and upper school athletes may participate in a full range of athletic activities and competitions with other Christian, public and private schools. Sports for students in 6th - 12th grade include cross-country, baseball, basketball, cheerleading, football, golf, softball, soccer, swimming, tennis, track and field, and volleyball.
