Preschool
North Cobb Christian School provides a Christ - centered, quality preschool education that desires to create lifelong learners. The preschool program serves students from K3 – K4. We believe every student is a gift from God, created in His image and loved by Him. NCCS teachers provide a nurturing environment to promote academic, spiritual, emotional, and social growth for each student. Through positive reinforcement, we strive to instill the value and joy of learning within each child.
The three-year-old curriculum prepares the students by setting a solid foundation for beginning pre-reading skills, math skills, and social skills. The four-year-old program includes a strong phonics emphasis, math concepts that are learned through multiple hands on activities and lessons, handwriting and Bible. Social studies and science lessons are incorporated through thematic units. Each subject matter is integrated with God's Word so the students gain an understanding of our Creator. Opportunities are given for the children to play, be creative, and practice skills in a way that is developmentally appropriate.
Our goal at NCCS is to partner with parents in preparing their child to fulfill God's purpose for his or her life. We consider this partnership a great privilege. Together...Cultivating hearts. Challenging minds. Impacting Culture.
