Upper School

Upper School is comprised of 9^th –12^th grades. We partner with the parents in helping students discover the unique purpose God has for them. Therefore we have designed our program around the three essential A's… academics, athletics and the arts.

We provide a biblically based college preparatory curriculum that affords students the opportunity to excel in the academics. Honors and AP classes are available, as well.

Our athletic teams provide students with a wide range of opportunities to exercise the talents God has given them. Through our sports teams men and women alike are given the opportunity to learn teamwork, dedication and sportsmanship.

Our fine arts program, develops young artists in a variety of fields including drama, dance, instrumentation and vocal arts. Students desiring a career in the arts are invited to audition for our specialty artists program through the North Atlanta School of the Arts (NASOTA). Students in this program attend core classes in the morning and spend the afternoon in intensive study in their chosen field.

Beginning in 10th grade students may also chose to enroll in a specialized course of study through academies. Two academies were launched during the 2007-2008 school year; the Academy of Business and the Academy of Counseling, Ministry, and Education. Classes are also available as electives to students not enrolled in an academy.
