5th Grade Intermediate Band

Students at NCCS have the option of studying instrumental music starting in 4th grade and extending through senior year, if they choose. Students entering 5th grade who have had a year on a band instrument, or are considering investing in learning a band instrument have the opportunity to participate in band class in the 5th grade. The majority of 5th Grade Band class will be students who are continuing a band instrument for the 2nd year, with possible arrangements for 5th grade beginners. 5th Grade Intermediate Band will meet every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:35-9:20am.

Parents of prospective 5th grade beginners in band need to contact Mr. Motter early on to discuss class arrangements.
