CHEERLEADERS EXCEL AT SUMMER CAMP

"NCC - The Blue, Silver and White - EAGLES!" was a phrase you could hear our 2008 - 2009 Cheerleaders yelling at cheer camp. On July 21st, thirty-eight cheerleaders boarded a NCC bus and headed off to Columbus State University to participate in the FCC Cheerleading Camp. This camp was filled with over 400 cheerleaders who jumped, stunted, cheered, chanted, yelled and worshiped from morning to night!

Special congratulations to Jen Hyland who qualified as an All-American Cheerleader and to our All-Star Cheerleaders: Jordan Burrier, Naomi Keitt, Ingrid Phfal, Kendall Jackson, Shelby Thayer, Kayla McGullion, and Kaitlin Dupuy.

We are also extremely proud of our 8th grade squad! They brought home two awards this year: the Best Home Cheer in the Jr. High/ JV Division and Second place during the Final Camp Championship! Our Varsity & 8th grade squads both received bids to FCC's National Cheerleading Competition and ALL three squads brought home Spirit Sticks! Way to go girls!
