Eligible Participants: 24 Upper School Students
Priority will be given to current Spanish 1 and 2 students and current and former Honors Spanish 3 and 4 students on September 7
What is the purpose/goal of this trip?
Cultural awareness, art, Christian history
Total Cost of the Trip: $2,500
Payment Plan
1st payment $300 due at registration
2nd payment due Oct 15 - $550
3rd payment due Nov 15 - $550
4th payment due Jan 15 - $550
Final payment due Mar 1 - $550
What does the cost include?
airfare, hotel accommodations, all ground transportation, admission to points of interest per the itinerary, 6 breakfasts, 3 dinners, travel insurance, t-shirt.
What does the cost NOT include?
lunch, 2 dinners, food on travel days, tips, offering on day of service, snacks, souvenirs
What additional considerations are there?
Student must have current medical profile updated on RenWeb
Passport required (must be valid 6 months AFTER April 5, 2013)
