Take Control of Your Money!
Would you rather pay state taxes or use the money you would have to pay to the state to benefit yourself AND NCCS?
The Georgia Education Expense Credit (GEEC) is available to virtually any person or company who earns an income in the State of Georgia. Applying for the DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR TAX CREDIT is a very easy process. Business owners can apply for a credit up to $10,000, married couples can apply for $2,500, and single individuals can apply for up to $1,000.
All participants will need to fill out a NEW application this year, even if you filled one out previously. Click HERE for the application - it will only take a few minutes to complete. The Development Office will then file your application in January 2017, and once approved, you will have 60 days to make your contribution in order to receive your tax credit. Donations will likely be due at the end of February or early March.
We are planning an informational meeting about the Georgia Education Expense Credit (GEEC) on Tuesday, November 15, at 7:30am. Sandi from Faith First GA, our GEEC partner organization, will be available to answer any questions you may have about the program. Please rsvp HERE if you are planning to attend the meeting so that we will know how many to plan for.

Students also participated in a “Pumpkin Investigation” in which they measured and weighed pumpkins and answered the question, “Will a pumpkin sink or float?” In addition, they made pumpkin crafts and sampled pumpkin foods. Everyone had a great time of learning and fun!
