The International Program at North Cobb Christian School

During December 2020, North Cobb Christian School opened a new cutting-edge Upper School facility designed to foster creativity and innovation. This 38,000-square-foot complex includes a STEM center with a SOAR Lab, physics lab, and Makeshop, as well as a student collaborative space, classrooms, and offices. The STEM area features industrial-style exposed ceilings, large garage-style doors for open-air learning, and a treasure trove of equipment for the 21st century student: computers, 3D printers and scanners, a laser engraver, a CNC router for woodworking and metalworking, a soldering station with torches and soldering irons, rotary tools, table saws, scroll saws, sewing and textile construction machines, and more. The building accommodates advanced learning opportunities for science and technology classes, as well as for NCCS's five Academies (magnet programs).

In the fall of 2024, NCCS will open phase 2 of the Upper School facility, which includes a spacious, sunlit dining area for Middle and Upper School students that be converted into an auditorium for chapel and events, fully outfitted science labs, a designated space for the Upper School Moving Forward Program, student collaborative spaces, a student-run coffeeshop called Higher Grounds, and more!

Our Eagles Tennis Complex features six stunning tennis courts, a shaded gazebo, The Joe Concession building, the NCCS Prayer Garden, and beautifully manicured green space. Recently, this professional-level complex supported our varsity boys tennis team as they made it to Region in 2019. Additionally, NCCS has launched many scholar athletes onto collegiate tennis careers. 

Our Main Building houses our Lower and Middle School classrooms, the Eagles Gymnasium, three computer labs, two cafeterias, the majority of our administrative offices, the FLEX student collaborative space, and our STEAM Garden. 

Our students enjoy plenty of developmentally appropriate, student-directed play and social interaction through our beautiful playgrounds. Our campus has three distinct playground spaces, featuring swings, slides, a tricycle track, a GaGa ball pit, an observation deck overseeing the woods, and more! 

The Fine Arts Building (FAB) is NCCS's state-of-the-art performing arts facility, boasting a theater that is equipped with professional sound and lighting systems, as well as dressing rooms and a lobby housing our Arts trophy cases. This building provides a creative sanctuary for our many budding vocal and performing artists. 

The Dietrich Athletic Training Center, outfitted with professional workout equipment, is where our athletes and P.E. students train and exercise, under the guidance of our coaches and professional trainers. The facility features a multi-functional outdoor turf area, weight room-certified flooring, Hammer Strength weight racks, powerlifting bars, and a layout that supports cross-training.  

NCCS's Jacob Dennis Football Field is named in honor of alumnus Army Pfc. Jacob Dennis (class of 2005), who gave his life for his country during the war in Afghanistan in July 2010. The professionally turfed field features a concession building, restroom facility, and a field house for the visiting team. A football practice field is also located behind the Tennis Complex. 

NCCS's turfed baseball field features dugouts, a press box, and a concession building, as well as the NCCS Hitting Facility where our players train and condition. Our field has even been used by Atlanta Braves MLB players to train during the off season. Lights were added in early 2024, allowing for evening play. NCCS also has an additional field, Smith Field, which is used by our Middle School baseball and softball teams.
