Tuition + Financial Aid At North Cobb Christian School

Unlike many private schools, in an effort to keep tuition and overhead costs as low as possible for our families, NCCS elects not to roll application and registration fees into the cost of tuition for all students, but rather only to charge fees when they pertain to a particular student need or circumstance.

Thus, a non-refundable, non-transferable fee of $100 per student is due at the time of application. Likewise, a non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee is due at the time of registration to secure a spot for your child. The registration fee is also due annually upon re-enrollment. However, the 10-pay tuition plan skips tuition payments in January, when re-enrollment occurs, so that families are not charged for tuition and re-enrollment during the same month.

Unique to NCCS, course materials and textbooks are covered by tuition for all students in preschool through grade 12 at NCCS. Students in grades 7 through 12 utilize digital textbooks, which are provided by the school.

Technology resources are also covered by tuition, including access to science and technology labs, the SOAR Lab, NCCS MakeShop, laptop carts and more. For Lower School and Middle School, the One To One Technology Initiative provides a school-issued Chromebook for each student in 1st - 8th grades. Upper School students follow the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program, preparing them to be responsible digital citizens.

For your convenience, FACTS Tuition Management is used for processing all tuition payments and school-related fees. All transactions are made directly through your individual FACTS account, which processes payments via your bank account or credit card. Once enrolled, new families receive an email detailing how to set up their account. Please contact the Business Office if you ever need assistance.

Beginning with the 2024-2025 school year, NCCS now partners with Flik Independent School Dining to offer an all-inclusive dining experience for students in K3 through 12th grade, at no extra charge to our families.

QUALITY + CUSTOMIZATION | Rather than being limited to one entree choice, students can customize meals from any station through a redesigned, student-centric dining experience. 

NUTRITION | After an extensive search, NCCS selected Flik due to the company’s stellar reputation at providing scratch-based, nutrition-focused menus for schools across the nation. Professional advantages include a Flik dietitian and chef collaborating on menu design, along with a commitment to quality food sourcing, sustainability, allergy-awareness, and healthy food choices. Expect an exemplary dining program at NCCS! 

The NCCS Academies program, exclusive to North Cobb Christian, allows Upper School students to select one of five tracks, equivalent to magnet programs, giving them the opportunity to build an academic and real-world foundation in their areas of interest. Academies include The Academy of the Arts; The Academy of Business; The STEM Academy; The Academy of Exercise and Sport Science; and The Academy of Counseling, Ministry and Education. There is no extra charge for participation in the NCCS Academies. Academy graduates receive a special diploma designation and recognition at graduation. 

The robust Dual Enrollment program at NCCS gives Upper School students a distinct advantage for their futures. On our own campus, NCCS students can take college courses, allowing them to earn both high school and college credit simultaneously. Taught by our own teachers, who are dual-credentialed by our partnering universities, these courses allow students to earn up to 25 college credit hours during high school. Rates vary per course with a $150 average.

Our International Student Program brings cultural diversity and a beautifully unique global influence to our student body. On average, 10 percent of annual graduating classes are comprised of international students. Since 2006, our school community has hosted students from China, Vietnam, Panama, Germany, South Korea, Switzerland, Nigeria, Brazil, South Africa, Belgium, and many more countries from around the world.

NCCS Morning Bus Shuttle Service is available to students in K5 - 12th grade. Our goal is to make our families' partnership with NCCS as convenient as possible, and providing a bus option is part of that commitment. NCCS provides before-school supervision at no charge from 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 7:00 – 9 a.m. on Wednesdays due to the schoolwide Take One schedule. 

NCCS offers a fun and engaging after school program called Flipside, which is available from 2:40-6:00 p.m. for K3; and 2:40-6:30 p.m. for K4-6th grade. Flipside is $15.00 per day per child, regardless of how long the student is in attendance that day. 

Lower School students can also choose to attend fun theme-based after school activities called Sidekicks, which allow students to engage in the arts, STEAM activities, sports, games and more!
