North Cobb Christian School is immensely proud to be the first school in the nation to earn Guardian SafeSchool® certification.

To achieve this designation, NCCS worked with Critical Intervention Services (CIS) to develop and implement a comprehensive security program model for protecting students against violence.

The Guardian SafeSchool Program® requires a best-practice approach to managing safety and security in schools, while reinforcing a positive, collaborative school climate and culture. The philosophy behind the design of the program is a holistic and multi-layered strategy that reduces risk by preventing acts of violence and mitigating the potential impact of events through effective preparation and response.

The uniquely integrated and comprehensive nature of the program has garnered national recognition, as well as being peer reviewed by the prestigious John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City as a model for national best practices.

NCCS partners with Flik Independent School Dining to offer an all-inclusive dining experience for students in K3 through 12th grade, at no extra charge to our families!

QUALITY + CUSTOMIZATION | Rather than being limited to one entree choice, students can customize meals from any station through a robust, multi-station, student-centric dining experience.

FOOD ALLERGIES + RESTRICTIONS | Our NCCS Dining team works diligently with our school nurses, parents, and Flik's registered dietitian to provide individual meals daily to every student with food allergies and sensitivities. Meals are created individually and served in a designated area for students with dietary restrictions.

NUTRITION | After an extensive search, NCCS selected Flik due to the company’s stellar reputation at providing scratch-based, nutrition-focused menus for schools across the nation. Professional advantages include a Flik dietitian and chef collaborating on menu design, along with a commitment to quality food sourcing, sustainability, allergy-awareness, and healthy food choices. Textbooks + Digital Textbooks | K3 - 12th

TECHNOLOGY | K3 - 12th

Technology resources are included in tuition and give students access to our science and technology labs, the SOAR Lab, the NCCS MakeShop, laptop carts, and more.

Through the NCCS One-to-One Technology Initiative, every student in 1st–8th grade in Lower School and Middle School receives a school-issued Chromebook. Upper School students participate in a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program, equipping them to be responsible and capable digital citizens.

Student Activities | All Field Trips and Parties

Student activities for all grades (K3 - 12th) are included in tuition, which includes off-campus field trips,* seasonal parties, class activities, in-house special guests, extracurricular events, and the many other robust opportunities our students experience as NCCS Eagles!

*Spring Term trips, which include local, domestic, and international options selected by 7th - 12th grade students, are a separate cost, dependent upon destination.

RETREAT | 5th - 12th

At the start of each school year, all NCCS students in grades 7–12 head off on a special fall retreat — an unforgettable time to grow closer to each other and to the Lord. Free from the usual pressures of school and life, students build a strong foundation of faith and friendship that carries through the year.

Meanwhile, 5th and 6th graders enjoy special on-campus and local activities, chapel experiences, and game days that launch them into the year spiritually and socially prepared.

And yes — NCCS fall retreats are also incredibly fun! From color wars and games to high-energy worship, students return refreshed, reenergized, and ready for the year ahead.

As a core tradition of NCCS culture, this entire experience is included in tuition.

Application + Registration Fees

Unlike many private schools, in an effort to keep tuition and overhead costs as low as possible for our families, NCCS elects not to roll application and registration fees into the cost of tuition for all students, but rather only to charge fees when they pertain to a particular student need or circumstance.

Thus, a non-refundable, non-transferable fee of $100 per student is due at the time of application. Likewise, a non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee is due at the time of registration to secure a spot for your child.

FACTS Account

For your convenience, FACTS Tuition Management is used for processing all tuition payments and school-related fees. All transactions are made directly through your individual FACTS account, which processes payments via your bank account or credit card. Once enrolled, new families receive an email detailing how to set up their account. Please contact the Business Office if you ever need assistance.

At North Cobb Christian School, we thoughtfully select every textbook and carefully shape our curriculum.

But here’s a little secret: years from now, it won’t be the textbooks your children remember most.

It will be the teachers and coaches—the godly mentors, encouragers, disciplers, and advisers who walk beside them each day.

We call this the “hidden curriculum”—the amazing individuals intentionally surrounding our students, speaking life, and conveying crucial messages about core identity, spiritual formation, and biblical worldview – day in and day out, 24/7.

FINANCIAL AID

At North Cobb Christian School, our desire is to make an academically excellent, Christ-centered education accessible to as many families as possible, training up students who will impact our world for Christ. Investing in an independent Christian education for your child is a decision you will never regret, but we understand that this investment is a meaningful sacrifice for many families.

To help, we offer need-based financial aid to families who can contribute significantly toward tuition but cannot cover the full cost. As a member of the Georgia High School Association (GHSA), NCCS does not offer scholarships but provides financial aid based on demonstrated need.

Financial aid is available for qualifying families with students in K5–12th grade and is awarded annually, based on enrollment, funding, and budget considerations. All applications and awards are kept strictly confidential.

Applying For Financial Aid

Step One | Begin the process

Before receiving a financial aid award, you must begin the admissions process. Our admissions team provides financial counsel to families on an individual basis, sharing opportunities and strategies that have made a NCCS education a reality for many, many students. It is our sincere hope that our school family might become the home for your family, and we are committed to helping you navigate the financial commitment.

Financial aid applications are submitted online to FACTS Grant + Aid Assessment. FACTS is a third-party company that conducts a secure, confidential financial analysis to determine a family’s financial need. Apply online, following the steps provided and submitting the tax documents required by FACTS. While financial aid awards are only given after a student has been accepted and registered, the third-party financial aid process can take several weeks, so families are encouraged to apply for aid at the same time that they apply for admission.

Once your student is registered and your application for financial aid is verified by FACTS, you will receive award information via email from the school. Please reply to the email within the specified time frame. All financial aid applications and awards are kept completely confidential within our Financial Aid Committee. If you do not qualify for aid or if the award is not sufficient for the financial need, the registration fee will be fully refunded.

Spring Term | 7th - 12th Grades

Spring Term is a cornerstone of the North Cobb Christian School experience for students in 7th - 12th grade. This is where true life-change happens — where our students are invested into deeply … and then guided to invest into others.

Spring Term at NCCS offers Upper and Middle School students powerful, real-world opportunities to live out Jesus’ command in Mark 16:15: “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.”

Students in 7th and 8th grades take part in immersive experiences rooted in history and service in cities such as Savannah, Washington, D.C., and Charleston. Meanwhile, students in grades 9–12 choose from 20 unique options — spanning international, domestic, and local mission trips.

From Haiti to Hawaii and everywhere in between, students engage in gospel-centered outreach, transformative service projects, and rich cultural experiences that expand their compassion and deepen their biblical worldview.

Bus Shuttle Program | K5 - 12th

The NCCS Morning Bus Shuttle Service is available for students in K5–12th grade. As part of our commitment to serving families well, this convenient transportation option helps make your partnership with NCCS even easier.

Authentic Discipleship | K3 - 12th

The NCCS Student Life program creates environments and opportunities to worship, connect, serve, and grow in Christ for every Lower, Middle, and Upper School student.

Whether it’s worshiping in weekly chapels, connecting with others on fall retreats (included in tuition for all 5th - 12th grade students), participating in monthly small groups (5th - 12th grade), serving our community (annual events K3 - 12th grade), going on Spring Term mission trips (annual opportunity for all 7th - 12th grade students), or personally growing in their relationship with Christ, our students’ lives are forever changed through Student Life at NCCS.

The Upper School Academies | 9th - 12th

The NCCS Academies program, exclusive to North Cobb Christian, allows Upper School students to select one of five tracks, equivalent to magnet programs, giving them the opportunity to build an academic and real-world foundation in their areas of interest.

There is no extra charge for participation in the NCCS Academies. Academy graduates receive a special diploma designation and recognition at graduation.

Dual Enrollment | 9th - 12th

The robust Dual Enrollment program at NCCS gives Upper School students a strong advantage as they prepare for college. Offered right on our campus, these courses allow students to earn both high school and college credit at the same time.

Taught by NCCS faculty who are dual-credentialed through our partnering universities, these classes provide a valuable head start on college coursework. Tuition rates vary by course, with an average cost of $150 per class.

International Student Program | 7th - 12th

Since 2006, North Cobb Christian School has welcomed students from around the globe as part of our vibrant International Student Program. We've had the joy of hosting students from South Korea, China, Belgium, Germany, Panama, South Africa, Vietnam, Nigeria, the Philippines, and many other countries.

These students receive an exceptional education while experiencing authentic American life as part of our NCCS school family. In turn, they enrich our campus with their cultures, perspectives, and unique gifts—bringing a beautiful layer of diversity to our student body.

Early Care Supervision | K3 - 4th

Flipside After School Program | K3 - 4th

At North Cobb Christian School, learning and fun don’t stop when the bell rings! Flipside, our engaging after-school program, is available for students in K3 - 6th grade.

Lower School students can also explore their interests through Sidekicks, our theme-based after-school enrichment program. From arts and STEAM to sports and games, Sidekicks offers something fun for everyone!

Middle School students have a dedicated after-school classroom where they can stay until 5:00 p.m., unless participating in a club, sport, or other school activity.

For families needing flexibility and students who want to stay engaged, NCCS after-school options provide a safe, creative, and fun environment every day!
