Eagles Fishing

On the Water

The 2023-2024 season was NCCS' inaugural year of club fishing! This fishing team soared, winning tournaments, and exceeding expectations.

The team began the season with three boats (two student anglers and one captain per boat). Adding two boats throughout this season, the team utilized a total of five boats. Next season is already looking bigger and better, with the team looking to use eight boats and many have a growing interest in being a part of the team.

Booster club + tailgating

The Eagles Booster Club (EBC) provides funding for athletics programs, facility enhancements, and equipment upgrades at North Cobb Christian School, ensuring that our student athletes receive the highest levels of support to help their continued pursuit of athletic excellence.

In addition, supporting the EBC comes with member benefits, including access to an exclusive Friday Night Lights tailgate experience before every home football game in The Grove -- NCCS's VIP tailgating area in the shaded  Fine Arts Building parking lot.

Eagle Records

Parker Hall caught the single largest bass of any angler in the league for the entire season. He caught an 8.65 pound monster bass on Lake Chickamauga. This bass was two pounds heavier than the next biggest fish for the season.

The NCCS Eagles fishing program begun during the 2023-2024 school year and has been proven valuable to the athletics program. This squad won many tournaments and has almost doubled their team for next year's season. It was a season for the books!

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.

SERVICE

BE FISHERS OF MEN IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it.
Mark 8:34
