NCCS has a strong tradition of student-athletes committing to play college athletics. Nothing makes us prouder than watching our Eagles soar beyond the nest. 

Recent graduating classes have boasted 15-to-20-percent of graduates signing to play collegiate athletics at prestigious programs. In recent years, our softball athletes have signed to play at the collegiate level, committing to programs including Covenant College, Southern Union State College, Bryan College, and more. 

Additional NCCS athletic signings include University of Georgia baseball and cheerleading, United States Coast Guard Academy swimming, Liberty University basketball and lacrosse, and USC track and field -- to name just a few.

Walker Phillips Field is home to the NCCS Varsity Girls Softball team. The field is named after Walker Phillips, a fourth grade student who passed suddenly in a house fire in February of 2022. Walker was joyful and energetic, but most importantly he demonstrated Christ to those around him. 

Before he passed, Walker had memorized John 11:25-26 which says, "Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

A new softball field is currently under construction and will hopefully be finished over the next few months. The field will be dedicated to Walker and the Phillips family. Thank you Walker Phillips for the people you continue to inspire daily!

The Eagles Booster Club (EBC) provides funding for athletics programs, facility enhancements, and equipment upgrades at North Cobb Christian School, ensuring that our student athletes receive the highest levels of support to help their continued pursuit of athletic excellence.

 In addition, supporting the EBC comes with member benefits, including access to all regular season athletic events.
