Get ready to have the summer of a lifetime!
NCCS Summer Camps, which are open to the community as well as to NCCS students and prospective students, are purposefully designed to be engaging, fun, and relational, providing a safe and nurturing environment for 3-year-olds through high-school seniors.
Our array of camp themes allow students to grow in the areas of academics, arts, athletics, and student life, as they dive deep into explorations of the world around them. And, of course, having FUN is always at the center, whether it's coding or crafting, sports or STEAM. From our high-energy Camp Eagle to Driver's Ed, camp life at NCCS pushes students onward and upward in their areas of interest.
The best part about summer camps at NCCS? The same high standards for student safety, emotional support, and biblically based spiritual growth apply to our summer programs that apply to our school all year round. Here, students are nurtured, cared for, and empowered to have the BEST summer of their lives! Our experienced counselors and top-notch instructors are dedicated to creating a happy, secure environment where each camper feels confident to explore, discover ... and make memories that last a lifetime.

QUESTIONS + INFO
+ Feel free to contact Patrick McDonald, NCCS Director of Camps at 770-975-0252, ext. 195
Campers are accepted until camps are full. Space is limited, so please register early for the best availability! Fees cannot be pro-rated for partial week attendance, and ALL fees are non-transferable between camps.
+ Child Release | Custody Issues
If there are any custody issues, or if a parent is denied contact with a child, our staff needs to be alerted promptly, and we must be given a copy of the court order to keep on file. NCCS Camps cannot release a child to an individual who is not listed on the authorization form. Please list any and all people who might be picking up your child during camp. Staff members will be checking identification to verify the identity of each pick-up adult. Please have a driver’s license ready when you sign out a camper.
Refunds can only be issued THREE weeks prior to the first date of camp. After the three-week point, refunds cannot be issued as supplies and staffing have already been secured.
Refunds are as follows:
Cost of a camp minus a $50 processing and handling fee.
Cost of a clinic minus a $25 processing and handling fee.
+ Discipline Policy
Our greatest desire is for each camper to have a wonderful, safe time at NCCS Summer Camps. In the event that a camper's behavior does not align with this mission, the camper will be clearly informed and given every opportunity to adhere to the policies of the school regarding self control, respecting the rights and property of others, and proper conduct. However, we reserve the right to dismiss any camper from the program whose behavior is detrimental to him/herself, to other campers, or to school property.
Modesty in dress is expected at all times, and appropriate clothing is required. The use or possession of alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, or weapons is not allowed, and any camper in possession of such items will be dismissed from the program, and the appropriate authorities will be contacted. No refunds are issued if a camper is dismissed.
+ Health Requirements
It is the parent’s responsibility to monitor the daily health of their child. If your child is ill, he or she may not attend the program. If your child has a fever of 100 degrees or more, vomiting, diarrhea, or any other contagious symptoms, he or she may not attend the program. When a child shows signs of illness at camp, the parent will be notified and must pick up their child immediately.
If a child is to receive medication while at camp, we must have a completed authorization form on file to administer medication. All medication must remain in the original container from the pharmacy.
+ Accident Procedure
In the event that a child is injured while attending camp, the following steps will be taken to ensure the proper care for the child:
- Minor scrapes and cuts will be cleaned and bandaged by a counselor.
- If there is an extreme emergency, 911 will be called. Parents will be immediately notified. A staff member will go with the child to the hospital if transport becomes necessary. The staff is not allowed to transport a child in their private vehicles.
- Accident reports will be completed for all accidents and must be signed by a parent.
- NCCS Camp does not provide medical insurance for its participants.
+ Site Emergency
In the event of an emergency or a natural disaster, the following procedures will be in effect:
- All campers will remain at the site until a parent or other authorized person can pick him or her up.
- In the event of a site evacuation, campers will be taken to a local emergency center. The location will be posted on the front entrance of the building. Efforts will be made to contact parents if an evacuation becomes necessary. Summer camp staff will remain with the child until he or she is picked up.
+ Scholarship Donations
Every year, we encounter many deserving children in need of financial assistance to attend camp. Through the generous giving of individuals and corporations, we are able to offer scholarships to some of these children. If you would like to invest in the life of a child with a tax-deductible donation, contact Patrick McDonald at 770-975-0252, ext. 195.
