This year, we are headed to the Wild Wild West at Camp Eagle Day Camp as campers become Trailblazers for Truth! Join us for a rootin’ tootin’ summer of jam-packed fun, friendships, and the BEST field trips -- all while we dig into God’s Truth together!

NCCS Summer Camps are open to children ages 4 and up throughout our community! Our 2025 camp program runs from June 2 - July 18, with the exception of the week of July 4, during which NCCS is closed.

SPECIALTY CAMPS | In addition to our fan-favorite Camp Eagle Day Camp, NCCS offers a slew of specialty camps, including My Doll & Me, STEAM, Princess, Sports, Dance, Music, Middle School Summer Academy, NCCS College Bootcamp, and more!

AGES OF CAMPERS | Campers ages 4 through rising high-school seniors will find the perfect summer adventure at NCCS's top-rated summer camps! (Four-year-old campers must have completed a preschool program, i.e. finished K3, at the time of registration.)

Plus, Camp Eagle Day Camp includes FREE morning care (7:30-8:00 a.m.) and after care (4:00-5:15 p.m.)!

Little Peeps and Eaglets end every week with an on-campus WATERPALOOZA, while Soaring and Middle School Eagles enjoy a high-energy afternoon at the beautiful Cherokee Aquatic Center every Tuesday and Thursday all summer long!

Engaging Field Trips!

Little Peeps and Eaglets enjoy weekly on-campus adventures with mobile aquariums, cookie decorating, science, and MORE, while Soaring and Middle School Eagles go on a field trip EVERY SINGLE DAY -- whether to the pool or to Truist Park to cheer on our Atlanta Braves! Our campers spend the summer engaged in SCREEN-FREE adventures exploring our wide and wild world, while also learning to impact their community as ambassadors for Christ!

The Best Parties of the Summer!

Camp Eagle throws EPIC bashes both halfway through the summer and at the summer's close every season! Don't miss FIELD DAY on June 27 and END-OF-SUMMER BASH on July 18. Both days feature face-painting, an ice-cream truck, Chick-fil-A, a mega foam machine dance party, bounce houses, a dunk tank, and more! SUMMER CAMP POLICIES

Registration

Child Release | Custody Issues

If there are any custody issues, or if a parent is denied contact with a child, our staff needs to be alerted promptly, and we must be given a copy of the court order to keep on file. NCCS Camps cannot release a child to an individual who is not listed on the authorization form. Please list any and all people who might be picking up your child during camp. Staff members will be checking identification to verify the identity of each pick-up adult. Please have a driver’s license ready when you sign out a camper.

Refunds

Discipline Policy

Our greatest desire is for each camper to have a wonderful, safe time at NCCS Summer Camps. In the event that a camper’s behavior does not align with this mission, the camper will be clearly informed and given every opportunity to adhere to the policies of the school regarding self control, respecting the rights and property of others, and proper conduct. However, we reserve the right to dismiss any camper from the program whose behavior is detrimental to him/herself, to other campers, or to school property.

Modesty in dress is expected at all times, and appropriate clothing is required. The use or possession of alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, or weapons is not allowed, and any camper in possession of such items will be dismissed from the program, and the appropriate authorities will be contacted. No refunds are issued if a camper is dismissed.

Health Requirements

It is the parent’s responsibility to monitor the daily health of their child. If your child is ill, he or she may not attend the program. If your child has a fever of 100 degrees or more, vomiting, diarrhea, or any other contagious symptoms, he or she may not attend the program. When a child shows signs of illness at camp, the parent will be notified and must pick up their child immediately.

Minor scrapes and cuts will be cleaned and bandaged by a counselor.
If there is an extreme emergency, 911 will be called. Parents will be immediately notified. A staff member will go with the child to the hospital if transport becomes necessary. The staff is not allowed to transport a child in their private vehicles.
Accident reports will be completed for all accidents and must be signed by a parent.
NCCS Camp does not provide medical insurance for its participants.

Site Emergency

In the event of an emergency or a natural disaster, the following procedures will be in effect:

All campers will remain at the site until a parent or other authorized person can pick him or her up.
In the event of a site evacuation, campers will be taken to a local emergency center. The location will be posted on the front entrance of the building. Efforts will be made to contact parents if an evacuation becomes necessary. Summer camp staff will remain with the child until he or she is picked up.
