Culinary Destinations

Delicious variety, daily!

Flik has reinvented the NCCS cafeterias with multiple culinary destinations where students can customize their meals with hot entrees, sides, soup, salad, sandwiches, and more, as part of our all-you-care-to-eat model. Stations include:

CHEF’S SELECTION | All students, every day! | Hot entree rotating daily.

DELI + SALAD BARS | From composed, pre-packaged salads and sandwiches to build-your-own salad and sandwich bars, our students will have an opportunity to customize sandwiches and fresh salads.

SWOOP SIDES | A station featuring tasty “extras,” including hummus, yogurt, fresh fruit, carrot sticks with ranch, and more -- varying each day!

SOUP SPOT | Students will have access to a rotating selection of house-made soups and chilis!

WATERWORKS + THIRST QUENCHERS | Lower School will be served bottled water, milk, and rotating juices; and Middle - Upper will have a choice of infused waters and a beverage fountain (in The Commons).
