NCCS stocks CHOA's Family Pantry

We are so moved by how our parents and students show up BIG whenever they hear of a need. NCCS was asked to help provide snacks and drinks for the Family Pantry at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's Sibley Heart Center. This week, we took those donations to CHOA -- along with handmade cards from our Lower School Eagles, made to cheer up kids currently in the cardiac unit. And get this: not only did our donations FILL the Sibley Heart Pantry, but they also filled ALL the other pantries at CHOA, including the transplant unit, AND there were still items left to contribute to the Ronald McDonald House where families stay while their children are in surgery. The kind folks at CHOA asked how long it took to collect that much and were BLOWN AWAY when we answered one week. We're just so very proud to be an NCCS Eagle. Y'all have some heart.

These pics are of our Middle School Service Club, who spent last Friday afternoon packing everything up. Then, our Beta Club students helped load everything into vehicles this Tuesday morning. Thank you, students, for loving as Jesus would!
