New students in the STEM academy

Those are some good genes!

Mr. Chuck Smith‘s Upper School Science students built specific DNA molecules using candy, toothpicks and colored straws. Molecular biology never tasted so good.

Our students consistently benefit from our creative teachers, including Mr. Smith, who excel at relevant, hands-on lessons. Students learn best by doing, exploring, asking critical questions, and solving problems. Plus candy. Candy never hurts.
